About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ticketing Executive to lead our corporate ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-handling expertise, deep GDS knowledge, and manage domestic and international flight bookings, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle end-to-end flight reservations, issuing tickets, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.

·      Coordinate directly with individual clients to manage travel bookings and itinerary changes.

·      Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for accurate ticketing and fare searches.

·      Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and promotional fares.

·      Deliver high-quality customer service via phone calls, emails, and chat support.

·      Manage travel documentation, including invoices, receipts, and confirmations.

·      Ensure bookings comply with company standards and maintain record accuracy for reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in ticketing operations.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·      Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard office tools.

·      Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

·      Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.

·      Graduated in any discipline.
