Day-to-day tasks include planning and customizing travel itineraries, coordinating tour logistics, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all travelers. The role also involves handling bookings, processing payments, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
