Job Responsibilities:
Handling domestic and international ticketing through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Issuing, reissuing, rescheduling, and canceling air tickets as per client requirements.
Coordinating with airlines for fare rules, penalties, and refunds.
Providing accurate fare quotations and the best routing options to clients.
Managing group bookings and special requests (meals, seats, extra baggage, etc.).
Ensuring error-free issuance and timely delivery of tickets.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and promotional fares.
Assisting the operations team with travel-related documentation when required
