Reservations Executive

To manage all complex reservation processes, strategically maximize hotel revenue and occupancy, and serve as a key resource for rate and availability information, ensuring best-in-class guest service.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Optimization:

  Proactively manage daily inventory and effectively execute

  upselling

  strategies to maximize the Average Daily Rate (ADR) and achieve revenue goals.

• Booking Efficiency:

  Process all individual and group bookings (

  PMS input

  ) accurately, handling complex modifications, cancellations, and special billing arrangements efficiently.

• Rate Expertise:

  Maintain expert, current knowledge of all

  rates, packages, and promotions

  , and apply correct selling restrictions (e.g., minimum stay, blackout dates).

• Communication:

  Handle high-volume correspondence (phone, email, chat) professionally, providing clear and persuasive information on policies and services.

• Data Integrity:

  Regularly audit reservation reports and systems to ensure

Requirements

• Experience:

  2-5 years

  of dedicated experience in a hotel Reservations, Revenue, or Front Office role.

• Technical Skills:

  Advanced proficiency in a major

  Property Management System (PMS)

  (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and standard office software.
