Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel reservations and ensure accurate inventory handling across platforms.
• Optimize and update property listings on major OTA channels including Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com.
• Work hands-on with channel management software to maintain rate parity and availability.
• Support online sales and business development initiatives to enhance bookings and visibility.
• Provide leadership within the team by motivating and guiding team members when needed.
• Coach team members through call monitoring and offer constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Handle challenging customer interactions professionally and resolve escalated issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Good understanding of hotel reservation processes and inventory management
• Experience managing OTA listings and working with channel manager tools
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism
• Energetic, self-driven, and creative problem-solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
