Reservations Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Associate to join our team at the Goa Property Based location. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

• Manage reservations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction rates.
