About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Reservation Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team at THRS , the incumbent will be dedicated to handling reservations for a “luxury hospitality brand”. As the first point of contact for travel partners, you will manage reservations with accuracy and professionalism while ensuring a seamless booking experience. Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Reservations Manager/Commercial Director Key Responsibilities · Handle reservations efficiently across phone, email, and online platforms. · Strong knowledge of the Oracle OPERA Property Management System is essential for managing reservations and guest data. Familiarity with other PMS/CRS tools and channel. · Assisting with inquiries about prices, itineraries, and policies, and resolving travel-related issues. · Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and booking policies. · Maintain updated knowledge of hotel inventory, room categories, and promotions. · Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel with up-selling as highest priority. · Coordinate with hotel and travel partners to confirm bookings and resolve discrepancies. · Keep detailed and accurate reservation records in the system. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly booking reports for management. · Address client complaints or booking challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. · Support the sales team with client follow-ups and information sharing. · Uphold the brand’s standards of service and professionalism at all times. Qualifications & Skills · Minimum 2 year of experience in reservations · Proficiency in Opera PMS (mandatory) and other reservation systems. · Willingness to travel to Bhutan. · Strong MS Office skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Customer-centric with problem-solving skills.
