Reservation Manager

As a Reservation Manager Intern at Halcyon Traveltech LLP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing bookings from various online travel platforms, the company website, and social media channels. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with guests, property managers, and caretakers to ensure a seamless booking process and a positive guest experience. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with on-site presence in Trivandrum. Your key responsibilities will involve monitoring bookings to ensure efficiency, serving as a point of contact for guests from booking to check-out, improving booking processes, coordinating communication across properties, collecting and analyzing guest feedback, and maintaining relationships with homeowners and clients. To excel in this role, you should have a degree or be pursuing one in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in online travel platforms and property management software is a plus, and a customer-focused mindset is necessary to deliver high-quality service. This is a paid internship with a stipend of 5000 INR per month for a duration of 3 months. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a salary package of 2.5 LPA. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and other work-related purposes.
