We're Hiring: Team Lead Market Research
Are you a seasoned market research professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful insights? We're looking for a Team Lead to head our market research division!In this role, youll:Lead a team of 10–20 analysts and associates.Own the end-to-end delivery of client reports — from initial query to final output.Drive data accuracy, report quality, and team productivity.Represent our team on client calls, post-sale discussions, and strategic initiatives.Mentor and grow junior team members while ensuring performance and quality targets are met.What we're looking for:8+ years of experience in cross-domain market research & consulting.5+ years in a senior analyst or leadership role.Strong grasp of research methodologies, data analytics, and quality assurance.Proven leadership skills and a client-focused mindset.Bonus if you bring Primary Research experience!Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.If you're ready to take the next step in your market research career and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!
