Job Title: Market Research & Associate Engagement Intern

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a proactive intern who will support us in understanding associate behaviour and preferences by engaging with them over calls and collecting insights. The role includes pitching our ASR product and encouraging associates to complete their KYC while capturing feedback for internal analysis. Key Responsibilities • Call associates and create awareness about the ASR (Associate Service Revenue) product. • Explain and highlight the benefits of ASR in a simple and convincing manner. • Collect insights on the reasons why associates may not be willing to opt for ASR and record key trends. • Pitch KYC completion as a mandatory requirement and support associates in completing their profile/KYC information. • Maintain accurate call logs and update daily/weekly reports for analysis. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Pursuing/Completed MBA (HR/Marketing preferred) or any relevant degree. • Strong verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred; regional languages are a plus). • Comfortable with outbound calling and continuous interaction. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and data entry. • Curious mindset with interest in market research, customer behaviour and insights. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Learn • Market and associate behaviour analysis through direct interaction. • Product pitching, value communication and objection handling.

support). • Data recording, reporting and insight-building. Stipend: Rs 12,000/- Per month Duration: 2 months
