Job Description

Prepare, write, and execute quantitative & qualitative market research studies in short turnaround timeline.
Has proficiency in various research methodologies and data sources.
Support the design of research instruments (surveys, discussion guides).
Proactive in understanding client requirement via client queries and providing specific tailored responses.
Manage and oversee data collection processes, ensuring high quality and perform rigorous data cleaning, processing, and validation checks.
Communicate analytical details clearly to internal teams. Educate and support analyst and associate in understanding client requirement and providing support accordingly.
Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.
Interpret research findings accurately and draw meaningful conclusions and manage market research projects from proposal/briefing to final delivery.
Contribute significantly to drafting insightful research reports and summaries.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations (charts, tables, graphs).
Assist in developing presentations based on research findings.
Collaborate closely with Research Executives/Managers on project execution.
Manage specific project tasks and timelines efficiently and maintain meticulous project documentation and records.
Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Be intellectually curious with a passion for uncovering insights from data.
