.We are seeking a highly skilled Research Specialist III to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate company and executive contact data, ensuring the integrity of a large-scale sales intelligence platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and contribute to strategic business insights. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will operate within a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work. This position offers an opportunity to influence data accuracy and support business growth while working in a structured, professional environment.
  • Accountabilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to collect and validate company firmographic data, including size, industry classification, and location.
  • Gather and verify executive contact information such as names, titles, emails, and phone numbers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, adhering to research protocols, privacy laws, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and scalability of the sales intelligence database.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on research methodologies, data handling, and best practices.
  • Analyze data tables, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for business use.
  • Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in a data research or intelligence role.
  • Strong understanding of company structures, industry classifications, corporate actions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, parent-subsidiary relationships), and executive hierarchies.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy under changing workloads.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
