Role and Responsibilities:

The Research Manager will be the key link between the clients and research teams. You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end — from understanding client needs to designing research, ensuring smooth execution, analyzing data, and delivering insights that really make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work directly with clients to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable research plans.

· Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish.

· Guide and mentor junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed.

· Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs to make sure everything is spot on.

· Keep an eye on project timelines and budgets, stepping in quickly if challenges arise.

· Dive into data to uncover insights and craft clear, compelling stories for clients.

· Deliver reports and presentations that don’t just inform but inspire decisions.

· Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the idea of combining data, storytelling, and client collaboration.

· Master’s/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

· 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.

· Strong communication skills — you’re confident speaking with clients and just as good at writing clear, structured reports.

· Leadership skills to coach junior researchers and keep projects on track.

· Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.

· Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for problems to be solved, but steps in to solve them.
