Research Manager

Role Overview: At Metaforms, we are redefining how market research is conducted. As a Research Manager (RM) at our Bangalore office, you will play a crucial role in bridging researchers and technologists. Your responsibilities will involve leading end-to-end survey research projects, collaborating with various teams to translate research best practices into scalable workflows, and contributing to the development of AI-driven research automation tools. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on survey research, questionnaire design, data processing, and reporting. - Partner with Product & Engineering teams to define requirements and workflows for AI-powered research tools. - Translate research best practices into product features and AI-driven capabilities. - Collaborate with Survey Programmers & Data Processing teams to ensure seamless execution and integration. - Test, validate, and provide feedback on prototypes to ensure accuracy, usability, and researcher adoption. - Contribute to building visualization frameworks and reporting templates for insight delivery. - Train & guide tech teams on research logic, standards, and edge cases. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Market Research experience with proven ownership of the full survey lifecycle. - Strong knowledge of questionnaire design, sampling, and methodologies. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple research projects effectively.
