Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Research and Development Manager will be responsible for leading the research and development team, managing projects, and providing team leadership. The role involves conducting research and development activities on PVC additives and stabilisers. Candidates should be conversant with PVC stabilisation principles roles of key ingredients. Qualifications Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills Team Management and Team Leadership skills Project Management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Experience in the polymer industry is a plus Master's or a Doctorate degree in a relevant field Min. 10 years experience in leading a team of scientists.
