Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Innovation to lead the charge in designing, developing, and continuously improving our range of testing equipment. This is a high-impact role focused on turning creative ideas into tangible, market-ready products that solve real problems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Innovation:

• Conceptualize and lead development of new, high-impact testing equipments.
• Translate industry trends, client feedback, and emerging tech into practical product ideas

• Product Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to optimize and upgrade existing machines.
• Lead design changes for improved usability, efficiency, and reliability

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with R&D, production, sales, and customer support to turn ideas into action
• Guide design teams and engineers in rapid prototyping and iteration

• Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on competitor products, global trends, and new materials/technologies
• Introduce innovative features that differentiate us in the market

• Documentation & IP:

• Ensure proper documentation of innovation processes
• Support filing of patents or design registrations where applicable

• Proven experience in R&D, product development, or mechanical innovation

• Understanding of lab/testing equipment (a plus)
