Research And Development Engineer

✅ What You’ll Do

• ✅ Research emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess feasibility

and potential impact

• ✅✅ Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate

ideas

• ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into scalable

implementations

• ☁✅ Explore and experiment with platforms like Power BI, Azure Cloud,

containerized apps, and DevOps pipelines

• ✅ Evaluate performance, scalability, and security of experimental solutions

• ✅ Document findings, technical approaches, and prototype designs

• ✅ Present demos and insights to stakeholders and internal teams

• ✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to our innovation roadmap

✅ What You Bring

• ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• ✅ 3–4 years of experience in R&D, product engineering, or tech innovation

• ✅ Strong foundation in software/application development.

✅ Quick learner with a knack for experimenting across tech stacks

• ✅ Familiarity with (bonus points for experience in):

o Power BI and analytics platforms

o Microsoft Azure services

o Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps

o Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation

• ✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• ✅ Strong communicator and team collaborator

• ✅ Passion for emerging tech and building what’s next
