We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales of on-grid solar inverters in Maharashtra(Marathi Language is compulsory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong network and executing direct sales to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies . Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC companies for on-grid solar inverters. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine sales strategies. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Key Requirements: Marathi Language is compulsory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Design and develop power electronic hardware for on-grid solar inverters including power stages and control boards. Perform schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout with thermal, EMI/EMC, and safety considerations. Develop and test embedded control algorithms such as MPPT, PWM control, inverter synchronization etc. · Program microcontrollers/DSPs and handle hex code generation, flashing, and debugging of control firmware. Simulate power circuits and embedded control systems using tools like LTspice, Simulink, PSIM, PLECS . Perform testing, validation, and debugging of hardware and firmware in the lab. Ensure compliance with applicable grid standards and certifications. (IEC 62109, IEC 61727, UL 1741, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing) throughout the product development cycle. Support failure analysis, field issue diagnosis, and implementation of design improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics Engineering . 3–7 years of experience in R&D of power electronics systems, especially solar inverters. Proficiency in microcontroller programming (e.g., STM32, TI C2000, PIC, etc.) using C/C++ and handling hex code builds and uploads . Experience in designing and debugging embedded systems for real-time power control. Strong expertise in power electronics circuit design (DC-DC, DC-AC) , component selection, and PCB layout. Ability to work with testing instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, logic analyzer, etc.). Good understanding of inverter topologies , MPPT, battery integration, and protection strategies.
