Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development Chemist role located in Chorasi. The R&D Chemist will be responsible for conducting chemical research, developing and testing new formulations, analyzing product performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and improving existing product lines. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, documenting research findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Lab Testing, Chemical Analysis, and Analytical Chemistry techniques
• Experience in Research, Experimentation, and Product Development processes
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and Standard Operating Protocols
• Strong Problem-Solving, Data Interpretation, and Troubleshooting skills
• Effective Communication and Collaboration skills for working with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required
• Experience in the chemical industry, particularly in dyes and specialty chemicals, is a plus
• Detail orientation and a commitment to maintaining safety best practices in a laboratory setting
