Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative R&D Chemist to join our dynamic team. If you want to build expertise in formulating high-performance color cosmetics, this is your chance to create breakthrough beauty products!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for color Cosmetics such as Foundation, compacts, eyeshadows, blushes, and Lipstick.
• Work on texture, pigment dispersion, binding systems, and color stability to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Conduct stability, wearability, and performance testing to ensure durability and smooth application.
• Research and implement innovative ingredients, clean beauty solutions, and sustainable raw materials.
• Collaborate with raw material suppliers to explore new technologies for improved formulations.
• Assist in scaling up formulations from lab to pilot and full-scale production, ensuring consistency.
• Ensure compliance with global cosmetic regulations (FDA, BIS, EU, etc.) for safe and effective products.
• Work closely with packaging and production teams to ensure formula compatibility with compaction machinery.
• Maintain detailed formulation records, stability reports, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of R&D experience in color cosmetics or related field.
• Color Matching is supreme
• MS Office proficiency for documentation and reporting.
