If you want to build expertise in formulating high-performance color cosmetics, this is your chance to create breakthrough beauty products! Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for color Cosmetics such as Foundation, compacts, eyeshadows, blushes, and Lipstick. Work on texture, pigment dispersion, binding systems, and color stability to achieve high-quality finishes. Conduct stability, wearability, and performance testing to ensure durability and smooth application. Research and implement innovative ingredients, clean beauty solutions, and sustainable raw materials. Collaborate with raw material suppliers to explore new technologies for improved formulations. Assist in scaling up formulations from lab to pilot and full-scale production, ensuring consistency. Ensure compliance with global cosmetic regulations (FDA, BIS, EU, etc.) for safe and effective products. Work closely with packaging and production teams to ensure formula compatibility with compaction machinery. Maintain detailed formulation records, stability reports, and regulatory documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of R&D experience in color cosmetics or related field.
