Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Industry & Sector Tracking:

• Monitor changes in key industries and sectors relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
• Identify emerging trends, regulatory developments, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with different practice groups and business development teams to understand research needs.
• Provide tailored insights for pitches, proposals, and client presentations.

Data Management & Accuracy:

• Maintain updated and accurate databases of market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client information.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal systems.

Competitive Intelligence:

• Analyze competitor law firms’ strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Research Tools & Reporting:

• Utilize legal and business research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, Thomson Reuters).
• Prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in market research, preferably in professional services or law firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in research tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
