Department: Solar Projects Location: Bhubaneswar Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years in managing RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RESCO Head to lead and oversee all RESCO-related projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of RESCO projects, working closely with the tendering team, and ensuring successful project execution, delivery, and maintenance while adhering to technical, financial, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution and Management: Plan, execute, and oversee RESCO projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Tender Collaboration: Collaborate with the tendering team to provide project-specific inputs and support during the bidding process. Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Ensure cost efficiency and profitability across all RESCO operations. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for efficient project delivery. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards across all RESCO operations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. Operations and Maintenance: Develop and implement strategies for the efficient operation and maintenance of RESCO projects. Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues promptly. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project progress, financial, and operational reports to senior management. Key Skills and Competencies In-depth understanding of the RESCO business model and solar project lifecycle. Proven expertise in project management, financial oversight, and team leadership. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification in management is a plus. Demonstrated success in managing and delivering RESCO projects.
