Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager/State Head for the following locations Gujarat, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal pradesh, Bihar The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in Roofing segment, developing strategies to increase revenue, building and maintaining relationships with Architects, Civil Engineers, Builders & others in the segment, along with establishing a strong Dealer and distribution network, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and other departments. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development in both B2B & B2C, and Client Relationship Management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies Leadership abilities and team management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the Roofing/building materials or construction industry is a plus Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Show more Show less
