Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business analysis for SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and sprint planning. Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
