Position: House Supervisor
Job location: Boat Club, Adyar Road, Chennai (TN)
Experience: 3+ years in Hotel industry / Private or Residential Property
(Need Candidates from FNB Industry)
Only Male (Only Chennai Candidates)

Roles & responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met on daily basis
Create daily/weekly schedules and assign tasks to the staff
Provide orientation & training to newly hired staff
Guest Relations
Manage the housekeeping equipment inventory and keep track of issued items to the staff
Prepare daily work report and submit to concerned person
Recommend service improvements as and when required
Keep the staff motivated to work effectively and efficiently
Managing Guests
