Role & responsibilities

Greeting Guests
: Welcome customers as they enter the establishment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Managing Reservations
: Handle reservations efficiently, maintaining an organized waitlist and communicating estimated wait times to guests.
Seating Arrangements
: Assign tables to guests based on their party size and preferences, while considering the flow of service and restaurant layout.
Providing Menus
: Distribute menus to guests and answer any initial questions they may have about the menu or restaurant policies.
Monitoring Dining Room Activity
: Keep an eye on the dining area to assess guest flow and table turnover, making adjustments as needed to optimize seating and service.
Assisting Staff
: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Handling Customer Inquiries
: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
