Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:-

Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals.
Continual improvemnet in MS & retails volumes with dealer profiitibility.
Participate in Business Networking Groups within assigned Territory.
Become knowledgeable regarding assigned Territory (move activity, new construction projects etc.)
Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Communicate with customers regarding the technology solutions.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Funnel audit & insure DSEs adherence towards market.
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
Submit activity reports (Customer, Influencers, DSA & financer meet), as per daily work Management & TQBM.

Qualifications & Experience

BE, B. TECH, DME, MBA
Total Experience 5 to 8 yrs

Key Challenges of the Role

Handling in dealer non skill manpower.
Fund management during vehicle billing.
Funding support by competition captive finance.

Key Decisions Taken Independently

Dealer team, Financer & influencer visit and training plans.
Price for retail customers.

Areas where supervisors guidance/approval is required

Providing special rates or services to KAM customers.
Implementation of process at channel level in all the dealers, as and when required
