Required Cluster Manager For wines Immediately - Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Profitability:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across the cluster.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the cluster.

• Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee the daily operations of all stores within the cluster, ensuring consistent standards and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure all stores comply with local and national liquor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.

• Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained across all stores.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with support teams (e.g., merchandising, inventory, facilities) to address store needs.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stores and the head office.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.
