Job Description

Manager / Deputy Manager Food & Beverage (F&B)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage F&B vendor operations across food courts and event spaces.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service quality standards by all vendors.
  • Handle contracts, licensing, and operational compliance for F&B partners.
  • Monitor performance and resolve issues related to F&B services during events.
  • Coordinate with event teams to understand and meet catering requirements.
  • Identify and onboard new F&B partners based on visitor demand and event profile.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Hotel Management, F&B, or related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience in F&B operations or vendor management, preferably in large-scale venues or event environments.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational compliance.
