Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for HITEX s in-house and hosted events. Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all platforms online and offline. Position HITEX as a thought leader in the exhibitions and business events industry. POV (Point of View) Magazine Management: Own and manage end-to-end production of POV, HITEX s bi-monthly digital magazine on LinkedIn. Coordinate with internal teams, industry experts, contributors, and designers to curate relevant and insightful content. Develop editorial calendars, identify feature topics, and ensure timely publication. Promote POV through LinkedIn and other digital channels to grow readership and engagement. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage HITEX s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Run paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) targeting specific industry segments. Optimize the HITEX website and campaign landing pages for user experience and lead generation. Oversee creation of all marketing materials brochures, creatives, videos, mailers, newsletters, blog posts, etc. Ensure tone and messaging align with the brand and are tailored for target audiences. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to track campaign effectiveness. Prepare monthly reports on marketing KPIs, digital performance, and POV readership metrics. Liaise with internal teams, exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, and vendors for campaign alignment. Work closely with the editorial and design teams for POV and other brand content. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field. 5 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in events, media, or publishing. Strong experience with Social Media content strategy, digital marketing, and editorial management. Prior experience managing newsletters, magazines, or corporate publications is a plus.
