Reporting Sr Team Leader  (Reporting Team Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts and senior analysts within the operational reporting organization.
• Ensure report timelines and deliverables are met by the team.
• Set team priorities, manage multiple reporting projects.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Ensure the proper development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases/data analysis systems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Succeeding as aReporting Sr Team Leader,

• 6-8 years of experience as a data analyst or reporting analyst
• Superior knowledge of and experience with VBA & SQL.
• Good Knowledge of Flask (Python-based framework) along with Java and standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience should include  Avaya CMS, MS Office, Power BI, COGNOS, SQL Server, ETL (SSAS or Informatica)
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Project Management skills and ability to lead reporting projects gather and document requirements, develop project plans, manage stakeholders, deliver reporting on time and within budget.
