* Collect, analyze, and maintain business data from various departments.
* Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
* Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel/Google Sheets/other BI tools.
* Track and monitor key business KPIs, trends, and variances.
* Support business teams with data analysis and actionable insights.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
* Maintain dashboards, databases, and records for management decision-making.
* Identify gaps in data collection and suggest process improvements.
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
* Experience in handling large data sets and preparing analytical reports.
* Working knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
* Graduate.
* 2 to 4 years of relevant MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting experience.
