Stakeholder relationship management strategically manage and optimize the relationship portfolio to ensure sustained growth and profitability Manage measurement strategy for multiple accounts, working closely with teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration
Own project lifecycle for business unit s new and existing projects Analyse project details and customer feedback to drive process excellence and enhance overall delivery experience Drive initiatives to maximize program profitability through effective funds management Support the new business process, including contributing to pitches, proposal writing, and presenting measurement approaches to prospective clients
Partner with delivery leads to forecast resourcing needs and align delivery with financial targets Collaborate closely with internal functions like talent acquisition, finance, governance, client success to drive day to day operations Foster strong cross functional relationships to meet and exceed business unit s goals Qualifications 6-9 years experience in end to end project management, stakeholder management and operations management
Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conflict management skills Excellent time and resource management skills Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn, and good attention to detail
