Job Description

This position requires a candidate who has or will have the responsibility for the ongoing control of key credit data, as well as the opportunity to develop key technical and soft skills, while being given freedom to think creatively in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Produce Wholesale Allowance reconciliations in support of

IFRS 9
CECL
Prepare weekly Q&A deck for Senior Management for NCO/NPL
Lead process improvements (e. g. implementation of strategic state controls) and take ownership of data quality issue remediation
Perform deep dive of controls; including identification and remediation of control gaps and finding opportunities for consolidation of controls
Develop and enhance intelligent solutions to meet evolving business needs
Participate in change management activities, conducting impact assessments, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Experience

Bachelors degree or higher
Experience in a professional setting
Ability to think analytically, challenge the status quo, and identify creative solutions
Detailed oriented, highly responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to communicate, both written and orally, in a clear and concise manner
Ability to both lead as well as collaborate with team members
Excellent desktop skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications

The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role

Experience with intelligent solutions (Alteryx; Tableau, Qlik sense) is helpful but not mandatory.
