Reporting and Analytics Lead

Talent Worx is a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, we are hiring for our client which is a leading media & entertainment platform that is transforming how digital content is consumed across India. The role offers the opportunity to lead analytics for high-impact OTT and subscriber-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams like Subscriber Marketing, Content, IT/Tech, Data Science, and Product team to identify & solve key business problems. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below:

• Transform business processes by working across teams and functions to extract insights.
• Manage reporting requirements collection; construct the conceptual model and design data flow processes
• Strong technical skills and business acumen to help turn data into actionable insights
• Implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting

  leveraging tools like Tableau / Power BI, Python, SQL etc.

• Experience with design and implementation of ETL / Streaming processes

• Expert level ability to develop visualization story using advanced BI tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in business analytics / engineering or any other quant discipline with 12+ years of experience
• Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (expert)
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Python
• Should have developed automated suite of reports and instrumental in driving automation and consolidation of business reports/dashboards
• Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
