Reporting and Analytics Lead

As a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, Talent Worx is hiring for our client, a leading media & entertainment platform in India that is revolutionizing digital content consumption. This role presents the opportunity to spearhead analytics for impactful OTT and subscriber-centric projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Subscriber Marketing, Content, IT/Tech, Data Science, and Product to identify and address core business challenges. - Drive transformation of business processes by collaborating across teams and functions to derive valuable insights. - Manage collection of reporting requirements; develop conceptual models and design data flow processes. - Utilize strong technical skills and business acumen to translate data into actionable insights. - Implement solutions to optimize and automate existing reporting through tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL. - Proficient in designing and implementing ETL/Streaming processes. - Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in developing visualization stories using advanced BI tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in business analytics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with over 12 years of experience. - Extensive expertise in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (expert level). - Strong technical skills in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, and Python. - Proven track record in developing automated report suites and driving automation and consolidation of business reports/dashboards. - Experience leveraging analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, enhancing revenue and key business outcomes. - Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills. - Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple processes, people, and projects concurrently. - Proficiency in working with and creating databases and dashboards using relevant data to guide decisions. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities.,
