Job Title: Testing Reports Executive

Department: Testing & Commissioning

Job Summary:

The Testing reports Executive is responsible for accurately preparing, formatting, and maintaining electrical testing and commissioning reports. The role involves entering test data, preparing final documentation, maintaining databases, and assisting the testing engineers in compiling and submitting client reports. Attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with electrical documentation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Enter, review, and format data collected during electrical testing and commissioning activities (e.g., insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, HV/LV testing).

·        Prepare and maintain testing reports as per company and client standards.

·        Coordinate with testing engineers and site supervisors to collect field data and verify accuracy before report submission.

·        Ensure all testing documentation complies with company quality procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical (preferred) or any graduate.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, document control, or testing documentation in an electrical (preferred) or engineering company.

Technical Skills:

·        Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word for formatting reports).

·        Familiarity with electrical testing procedures and terminology.

·        Basic understanding of testing instruments and parameters (preferred).

Key Competencies:

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Excellent typing and data formatting skills.

·        Ability to interpret raw test data and organize it clearly.

·        Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
