🛠 What You’ll Build (Examples):

• Deal sourcing tools, comparables engines, and calculators
• AI-based apps that replicate expert decision-making
• CRM dashboards, funnel automations, and simple SaaS tools
• Chrome extensions or mobile-friendly versions (if needed)

👨‍💻 Must-Have Skills:

• Expert with

  Replit

  , including:
• Front-end: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React (ideal)
• Back-end: Python/Flask, Node.js, API integrations
• Database: Firebase, Replit DB, or Google Sheets-based data stores
• Can handle

  auth, routing, APIs, and UI/UX

  without needing micromanagement
• Creative problem-solver – if you don’t know how to build it, you figure it out
• Able to document and present your work clearly
• Solid English and clear communication
