Job Title: Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) Head Industry: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) & Restaurant Job Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Education Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management preferred Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Head to lead all maintenance operations across our QSR and restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment, kitchen appliances, furniture, and facilities are in top working condition to support smooth store operations, maintain safety standards, and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all outlets. Monitor performance and upkeep of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, and plumbing. Respond promptly to breakdowns and coordinate repairs to minimize operational disruption. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain spare parts inventory and manage timely procurement. Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery. Prepare and manage R&M budgets with cost control measures. Ensure all work complies with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Prepare and submit detailed maintenance and cost reports to management. Visit outlets as required to inspect, guide, and supervise maintenance activities. Required Skills & Competencies: Vendor Handling: Ability to manage, negotiate, and coordinate with multiple service vendors. Market Knowledge: Awareness of local service providers, spare parts availability, and cost-effective sourcing. Quick Response & Report Handling: Strong problem-solving skills, fast decision-making during breakdowns, and accurate report preparation. Full Mobility & Own Vehicle: Must be able to travel extensively across outlets within Jaipur and surrounding areas. Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
