Job Description

Repair Technician L4

Key Responsibility:

Perform detailed diagnosis, repair, and testing of mobile phones and electronic components.
Identify hardware and software issues using specialized tools and techniques.
Replace defective parts such as display panels, motherboards, and connectors with high accuracy.
Maintain repair logs, test reports, and inventory of spare parts.
Ensure compliance with company repair quality, safety, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards.
Support junior technicians (L1–L3) with complex repair cases when required.
Coordinate with the TRC Manager on daily production and repair status updates.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair workstation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of mobile hardware, circuitry, and repair processes.
Proficient in using soldering stations, microscopes, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in mobile device repair (Level 3/4 or equivalent).
