Leading the Renewals Consultant
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to policy renewals.
Provide accurate information about policy terms coverage, and renewal processes.
Assist customers with renewal inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Process renewal applications and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal of policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry regulation
Good communication / interpersonal skills
Good MS Excel skills
Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of basic insurance and concepts
Excellent People Management Skills
Able to cope with fast-paced work environment
