Renewal Process

As a part of The Urban India team, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for client contracts effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with clients to discuss renewal terms and conditions. - Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for renewal. - Preparing and presenting renewal proposals to clients. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and renewal status. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth renewal process. - Negotiating renewal contracts and agreements with clients. - Providing exemplary customer service throughout the renewal cycle. - Monitoring and tracking renewal deadlines to prevent lapses. - Developing strategies to improve renewal rates and client retention. - Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Preparing reports on renewal performance metrics. - Conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns. - Participating in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices. - Supporting other administrative tasks related to renewals as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in process management, preferably in a similar role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Understanding of contract management and renewal processes. - Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade clients. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required.
