Renewal Sales will be responsible for driving subscription/license renewals and recurring revenue from existing customers. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring a smooth renewal process while building long-term customer relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive subscription/license renewals and recurring revenue
Manage and track customer contract/subscription renewals to ensure timely completion.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth renewals
Negotiate renewal terms and manage the sales pipeline
Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to enhance customer retention.
Proactively engage with customers before contract expiration to discuss renewal options.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of IT sales experience (Renewal/Retention focus for 2–3 years)
Expertise in Software Sales / SaaS / Cloud solutions / enterprise software
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Team handling experience
Proficiency in CRM tools
Qualification: Any Degree
