As a Renewal Manager at our Hospitality Cloud division, specifically working with the Cvent business unit, your role will focus on successfully managing client renewals for our Supplier & Venue Solutions portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include driving retention, fostering customer relationships, growing current client revenues, and identifying additional opportunities for engagement with clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned renewal customers, negotiating and closing renewals while collaborating with Account Managers to expand Cvent's customer footprint. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain and expand Cvent customer footprint - Utilize a renewal framework to focus on closing contract renewals among streamlined customers - Present products and services information to all accounts - Build rapport with customers through phone conversations - Set aggressive goals for annual revenue achievement against each account - Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report - Monitor and report renewal activity within Salesforce.com - Prevent contractual gaps by handling customer renewals - Escalate customer questions and issues to appropriate support teams and oversee projects to conclusion - Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required, with strong academic performance preferred - At least 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating role (additional experience is welcomed) - Experience in selling or managing accounts in SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus - History of exceeding sales goals highly desired - Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines including relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function - While not a technical position, relevant experience may include selling digital marketing solutions, hospitality software, and travel and meeting planning services - Experience working in the Event Management industry is advantageous Join us in this exciting role where you will play a crucial part in managing client renewals and fostering customer relationships within the hospitality industry.
