Job Description

Role Overview: Cvent is a leading technology provider in the meetings, events, and hospitality industry, with a global presence and a focus on transforming the industry through innovative technology. As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer onsite experiences using Cvent's Onsite Solutions. Your responsibilities will include training clients on hardware and software, acting as a strategic advisor for assigned events, and ensuring successful delivery of hardware and supplies. Additionally, you will identify product improvements based on client needs and manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to project milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a point of contact for customers, managing their onsite experience and providing training on hardware and software - Act as a strategic advisor for assigned events, supporting customers on leveraging Cvent's Onsite Solutions - Work with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite - Identify and define product improvements based on client needs - Handle onsite escalations and be flexible to work outside of office hours and on weekends - Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate effectively with team members - Adhere to project milestones and ensure event execution success Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of client interaction experience - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment - Integration of knowledge across disciplines for event execution success - Strong teamwork skills and ability to develop relationships remotely - Understanding of onsite event management and basic hardware knowledge - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software Role Overview: Cvent is a leading technology provider in the meetings, events, and hospitality industry, with a global presence and a focus on transforming the industry through innovative technology.
