Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Remote Sensing and Python Expert. The role involves daily tasks such as analyzing satellite and drone imagery, processing spatial data, developing and implementing remote sensing algorithms, and utilizing Python for data analysis. The expert will collaborate with the team to integrate remote sensing technologies into agritech solutions, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience

  in Remote Sensing and GIS technologies
• Strong Python programming skills for data processing and analysis
• Experience with satellite and drone imagery analysis
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and crop monitoring techniques
• Ability to develop and implement remote sensing algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant qualification in

  Remote Sensing, GIS, Computer Science, Agriculture, or related field

• Knowledge of

  image processing,

  spectral indices (NDVI, EVI, SAVI), SAR, and multispectral/hyperspectral data analysis.

• Hands-on experience in

  Remote Sensing

  and

  GIS

  using tools like

  QGIS, ArcGIS

  , and

  Google Earth

  Engine (GEE).
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks:

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, XGBoost will be preferred
