Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Engineer

• Build and maintain our GTM tech stack

  : Integrate tools like CRMs, marketing automation platforms, outreach tools, data enrichment systems, and dashboards.

• Automate outreach workflows

  across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

  to identify bottlenecks and implement automation solutions that accelerate the pipeline.

• Create internal tools and scripts

  to streamline lead routing, tracking, personalization, follow-ups, and performance reporting.

• Experiment, test, and iterate

  on GTM strategies using data insights and automation logic.

• Own analytics and feedback loops

• 2–4 years experience in a technical role within SalesOps, RevOps, MarketingOps, or GTM Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of

• Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound tools, and marketing platforms.
• Proven ability to automate and optimize GTM processes across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data dashboards, KPIs, and attribution tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
