About the Role We're hiring a Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Engineer who can sit at the intersection of engineering, growth, and revenue . You’ll be responsible for building the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power our go-to-market strategies—helping our internal teams and our clients reach the right audience at the right time, with the right message. Responsibilities Build and maintain our GTM tech stack : Integrate tools like CRMs, marketing automation platforms, outreach tools, data enrichment systems, and dashboards. Automate outreach workflows across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement automation solutions that accelerate the pipeline. Create internal tools and scripts to streamline lead routing, tracking, personalization, follow-ups, and performance reporting. Experiment, test, and iterate on GTM strategies using data insights and automation logic. Own analytics and feedback loops , turning outreach performance data into actionable improvements. Requirements 2–4 years experience in a technical role within SalesOps, RevOps, MarketingOps, or GTM Engineering. Strong working knowledge of JavaScript , APIs , and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, custom integrations). Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound tools, and marketing platforms. Proven ability to automate and optimize GTM processes across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data dashboards, KPIs, and attribution tracking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Based in India , and comfortable working fully remote. Bonus Points Experience in multi-channel outreach and sales automation. Familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, or cloud integrations.
