Customer Service Representative

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) and remote tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with diverse customers.
• Additional language skills (Korean, Chinese, or German) are a plus.
